June Birthstone: Alexandrite

Happy Birthday to all of June followers! The Alexandrite is one of the coolest gems because it changes colors. Outside in daylight, its a bluish mossy green. Indoors, it's a red gem with a raspberry tone. The Alexandrite gives strength intuition, aid in creativty, and inspires the imagination. It was originally discovered in Russia in the 1830s, but you can find it in Sri Lanka, East Africa, and Brazil. So for all of our June babies, Happy Birthday!
